SECTION/RULE §749.883 - What curriculum components must be included in the pre-service training for safe sleeping?

The pre-service training for safe sleeping must include the following curriculum components:(1) Recognizing and preventing shaken baby syndrome and abusive head trauma;(2) Understanding safe sleeping practices and preventing sudden infant death syndrome; and(3) Understanding early childhood brain development.
