(a) The annual training for normalcy must include the curriculum components covered in the pre-service training for normalcy, see §749.882 of this subchapter (relating to What curriculum components must be included in the pre-service training for normalcy?).(b) Subsequent annual training for normalcy should include curriculum components that further develops and refines the employee's knowledge and understanding of normalcy, including how to implement normalcy.
