SECTION/RULE §749.1565 - What must a caregiver do if the caregiver finds a medication label error?

If a caregiver finds a medication label error, the caregiver must:(1) Report the error to the pharmacist; and(2) Have the label on the medication container corrected as soon as possible but no later than the next business day.
