SECTION/RULE §749.1801 - What do certain words mean in this division?

These words have the following meanings in this division:(1) Baby bungee jumper--A bucket seat that is suspended from a doorway by an elastic bungee cord that allows an infant to bounce while sitting in the seat.(2) Baby walker--A baby walker allows an infant to sit inside the walker equipped with rollers or wheels and move across the floor.(3) Bouncer seat--A stationary seat designed to provide gentle rocking or bouncing motion by an infant's movement or by battery-operated movement. This type of equipment is designed for an infant's use from birth until the child can sit up unassisted.(4) Restrictive device--Equipment that places the body of an infant in a position that may restrict airflow or cause strangulation; usually, the infant is placed in a semi-seated position. Examples of restrictive devices are car seats, swings, bouncy seats, and highchairs.
