SECTION/RULE §749.1923 - What physical fitness activities must caregivers provide for a child receiving treatment services for primary medical needs or intellectual disability?

(a) A child receiving treatment services for primary medical needs or intellectual disability must have a minimum of one hour of physical stimulation each day.(b) Training programs for non-mobile children must include development of physical fitness. This must include a variety of body positions and changes in environment.
