SECTION/RULE §749.2339 - What if there are four triggered reviews within a 90-day period?

If there are four triggered reviews within a 90-day period:(1) A licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, clinical social worker, professional counselor, or marriage and family therapist must examine the child; and(2) The licensed professional must make service plan recommendations regarding the use of emergency behavior interventions. You must document these recommendations in the child's record.
