SECTION/RULE §749.3147 - What are the requirements for a hot tub?

A hot tub must be:(1) Enclosed per the requirements in §749.3133 of this title (relating to What are the requirements for a pool at a foster home?); or(2) Covered with a locking cover when not in use.
