SECTION/RULE §749.3203 - What rules must I follow to verify a foster-adoptive home?

(a) You must follow all rules for verifying a foster family home and for approving an adoptive home.(b) You may combine the foster home screening and pre-adoptive home screening into one screening report as long as requirements for each screening are covered.
