SECTION/RULE §749.3351 - What information from the professional assessments must I share with the adoptive family?

You must share the following with the adoptive family:(1) All information from the licensed physician and from the licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, or other licensed or credentialed professional about the potential impact on the child of existing conditions; and(2) All information about any further testing or assessments that these professionals recommend. Any such tests must be scheduled by the date of placement.
