SECTION/RULE §749.3375 - May I place a child in the home of a prospective adoptive parent before I complete the adoptive home screening?

This may be done only if the prospective adoptive parent is a:(1) Member of the child's family related by the second degree of consanguinity or affinity; or(2) Foster family with whom the child has been living immediately prior to the request for an adoptive home screening.
