SECTION/RULE §749.3391 - What information must I compile for a child I am considering for adoptive placement?

(a) As part of the Health, Social, Educational, and Genetic History report, you must compile the following information for a child you are considering for adoption placement:Attached Graphic(b) In addition, you must document the following in the child's record:Attached Graphic(c) This section does not apply to an adoption by the child's:(1) Grandparent;(2) Aunt or uncle by birth, marriage, or prior adoption; or(3) Stepparent.
