A post-placement adoptive report is a written evaluation of the assessments and interviews, after the placement of the child, regarding the:(1) Child;(2) Prospective adoptive parent(s);(3) Family of the prospective adoptive parent(s);(4) Environment of the prospective adoptive parent(s) and their family; and(5) Adjustment of all individuals to the placement.
