SECTION/RULE §749.3743 - Whom must I interview when developing a post-placement adoptive report?

(a) Interviews for a post-placement adoptive report may be conducted in one visit and must include:(1) Individual interviews with each adoptive parent;(2) Individual interviews with each child three years or older living in the home and any other person living full or part-time with the family;(3) A joint interview with the adoptive parents; and(4) A family group interview with all family members living in the home.(b) These interviews are not required for a post-placement adoptive report when a foster family adopts a foster child who has been placed in that home at least six months.
