SECTION/RULE §749.4103 - Are there additional training requirements for volunteers who have contact with children receiving trafficking victim services?

Each volunteer whose responsibilities include working with trafficking victims must have one hour of training prior to working with the children. The training must include the following components that explain:(1) The child-placing agency's confidentiality policies; and(2) How the effects of trauma impact working with trafficking victims.
