SECTION/RULE §749.4261 - Are there additional requirements for a preliminary service plan when I admit a child for trafficking victim services?

In addition to the requirements listed in §749.1301 of this title (relating to What are the requirements for a preliminary service plan?), the preliminary service plan for a child receiving trafficking victim services must include a description of the child's immediate:(1) Safety needs; and(2) Behavioral health and treatment care needs.
