SECTION/RULE §900.101 - Clinical Services to Individuals Residing in the Community

(a) As funding allows, a state supported living center (SSLC) may provide the following services to a Medicaid recipient who is not a resident of an SSLC:(1) physical therapy;(2) occupational therapy;(3) speech and language therapy;(4) dental services;(5) primary care provider services;(6) psychiatry services;(7) behavioral health services;(8) adaptive aids; and(9) durable medical equipment.(b) Services are billed according to the appropriate Medicaid fee schedule or negotiated rate with a managed care organization.
