SECTION/RULE §901.112 - Dedicated Construction Account Requirements

(a) The VSC chair and a member of the PI committee or a designee from the VSC who is not an employee must be designated as co-signers on the dedicated construction account.(b) If conditions warrant, the commissioner or designee may require that the dedicated construction account be established with a third-party escrow agent.
