SECTION/RULE §926.103 - Prohibition of Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation

(a) Abuse, neglect, and exploitation of an individual are prohibited.(b) If an aggressive action by an individual, including non-consensual sexual activity between individuals, occurs as a result of possible neglect, the facility must report the action as neglect.
