SECTION/RULE §967.85 - Effect of Order

(a) An individual's consent to take a psychotropic medication is not valid and may not be relied on if the individual is subject to an order issued under THSC §592.156.(b) The issuance of an order under THSC §592.156 is not a determination or an adjudication of mental incompetency and does not limit in any other respect the individual's rights as a citizen or the individual's property rights or legal capacity.
