SECTION/RULE §1.16 - Effective Date of Official Acts or Orders in Nonrulemaking and Noncontested Case Matters

The effective date of official acts or orders of the board, the commissioner, or the fire marshal in nonrulemaking and noncontested matters is the first date it may legally become effective unless the instrument provides for a different effective date.
