SECTION/RULE §1.701 - Purpose and Scope

The intent of this subchapter is to formalize agency decision-making channels and to facilitate agency review of routine matters, pursuant to the Insurance Code, Article 1.33. The board has determined the activities designated in §1.702 of this title (relating to Designated Activities) to be routine, voluminous, repetitive, noncontroversial, and of limited interest to persons other than those immediately involved in or affected by the proposed agency decision.
