SECTION/RULE §11.207 - Withdrawal of an Application

(a) On written notice to the department, an applicant may request withdrawal of an application for a certificate of authority from consideration by the department.(b) The department may close an application if the department determines that the applicant has failed to respond in a timely manner to requests made by the department for additional information or if the application is incomplete.
