SECTION/RULE §12.107 - Withdrawal of an Original Application Before Granting a Certificate of Registration and Subsequent Renewal Applications

(a) On written notice to the department, an applicant may request withdrawal of an application from consideration by the department.(b) On the department's receipt of a request to withdraw an application under this section, the application will be withdrawn from consideration. Subsequent applications by the same applicant must be new submissions in their entirety.
