SECTION/RULE §12.401 - Fees

(a) The commissioner will establish, administer, and enforce the application and renewal of certificate of registration fees under this section in amounts not greater than necessary to cover the cost of administration of this chapter.(b) Fees for independent review will be determined by the commissioner, and will reflect in general the market value of services rendered.
