SECTION/RULE §13.201 - Approval of Attorney in Fact

No original, additional, or substitute attorney in fact may act for a Lloyd's plan company until he or she is appointed by the underwriters of the Lloyd's plan company and is approved, after a hearing before the commissioner, as an attorney in fact for the Lloyd's plan company.
