Support for exempt commercial purchaser status must include documentation of the following:(1) a copy of the document described in Insurance Code §981.004(c)(2); and(2) a signed statement from the insured identifying which provisions of Insurance Code §981.0031(a)(3) and §981.0032(3) are applicable to the insured.
