SECTION/RULE §19.903 - Concurrent Eligibility for Managing General Agent's License and Other Licenses

Nothing contained in this subchapter shall be taken to prohibit an individual, partnership, or corporation from concurrently holding both a managing general agent license under the Insurance Code, Article 21.07-3, and any other agent license or licenses not licenses of the same type, if the individual, partnership, or corporation can satisfy the eligibility requirements for each type of license under the Insurance Code and this title. The foregoing shall not be taken to permit a managing general agent, acting under the authority of that particular license, to engage in the life insurance business, health and accident insurance business, or annuity business.
