SECTION/RULE §19.1306 - Qualifications for Risk Manager's License

To qualify for a license under the Insurance Code, Article 21.14-1, a person must:(1) be at least 18 years of age;(2) maintain a place of business in this state;(3) be a trustworthy and competent person;(4) meet the application requirements required by the Insurance Code, Article 21.14-1, and the rules of the board;(5) take and pass the licensing examination; and(6) pay the licensing and examination fees.
