A person licensed under the provisions of the Insurance Code, Article 21.14-1, who is also licensed under the Insurance Code, Article 21.14, and who receives a commission or compensation for his services as an agent licensed under the Insurance Code, Article 21.14, shall not be entitled to receive a fee for his services relative to the same policy placement as a risk manager within a 24-month period without full disclosure in writing of the fee to the insured.
