The following words and terms when used in this subchapter shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:(1) Individuals responsible for conducting the program operator's affairs--Individuals with the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of a discount health care program, whether directly or indirectly.(2) Person--An individual, corporation, association, partnership, or other legal entity as provided by the Insurance Code §562.002(7).
