The purpose of this subchapter is to:(1) prescribe the data collection and submission requirements for the submission of data related to health care reimbursement rates by health benefit plan issuers;(2) specify the definitions necessary to implement Insurance Code Chapter 38, Subchapter H; and(3) facilitate TDI's publication of aggregate health care reimbursement rate information derived from the data collected under this subchapter.
