The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.(1) Health status-related factor--Health status; medical condition, including both physical and mental illnesses; claims experience; receipt of health care; medical history; genetic information; evidence of insurability, including conditions arising out of acts of domestic violence; and disability.(2) Wellness Program--Any program designed to promote disease prevention, wellness, and health.
