SECTION/RULE §21.5013 - Mediation Participation

Under Insurance Code §1467.101 (concerning Bad Faith), conduct that constitutes bad faith mediation includes failing to:(1) participate in the mediation;(2) provide information that the mediator believes is necessary to facilitate an agreement; or(3) designate a representative participating in the mediation with full authority to enter into any mediated agreement.
