SECTION/RULE §21.1001 - Prohibition against Insurer's Non-renewing Personal Auto Policy Solely Because of Age of Young Driver

No insurer may refuse to renew a personal auto policy or require a named driver exclusion for any family member as a condition of renewal solely on the basis that a family member of the insured reaches driving age.
