Annual reporting. The information and data an issuer must report as required by Division 2 of this subchapter are due annually.(1) Each reporting period is a calendar year.(2) The first reporting date for this subchapter is December 1, 2021, for data from January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020.(3) An issuer's annual reports for calendar year 2021 and subsequent reporting periods are due not later than July 1 following the reporting period.
