Each licensee shall file a renewal application, FORM PF1C, with the Department. The renewal form must be postmarked on or before December 31st and shall be accompanied by the following as applicable:(1) $200 renewal fee;(2) Current Franchise Tax Certificate of Good Standing or letter of exemption issued by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
