(a) The terms defined in §26.4 of this title (relating to Definitions) are incorporated into this subchapter.(b) The following terms have the meanings assigned in Insurance Code §1501.051:(1) board of directors;(2) board of trustees;(3) cooperative;(4) eligible single-employee business; and(5) expanded service area.(c) All references to health group cooperatives in this subchapter refer only to nonprofit health group cooperatives.(d) Information required by this subchapter must be filed with the Life and Health Lines Office Filings Intake, Mail Code 106-1E, Texas Department of Insurance, P.O.
