SECTION/RULE §3.6010 - Availability of Source Documents

Upon request by the commissioner of insurance, the insurer shall procure and make available at its home office legally acceptable copies of all source documents relating to any of its credit insurance transactions. Such copies shall be made available at the home office within a reasonable time after request is made by the commissioner of insurance.
