This subchapter establishes procedures for the acceptance of donations by the Texas Department of Insurance to assist with the funding of the Health Coverage Awareness and Education Program and to establish procedures to govern the relationships between employees of the department, offerees, and donors regarding the acceptance of such donations, as authorized in the Insurance Code §524.005.
