SECTION/RULE §3.3601 - Orthodontic Coverages

No policy or certificate of insurance may be delivered or issued for delivery in this state on or after January 1, 1987, if the policy or certificate excludes orthodontic coverage on the ground that overbite, overjet, openbite, or arch length discrepancies measure less than four millimeters or any other arbitrary unit of measurement or qualifications which are not reasonably supported by accepted orthodontic practice.
