SECTION/RULE §3.4007 - Newly Licensed Insurers
Chapter Review Date 05/06/2022

All forms intended for use in Texas for all newly licensed insurers shall be filed for review and approval for a period of two years from the date the insurer receives a certificate of authority to do business in Texas.
