SECTION/RULE §33.201 - Scope

This subchapter establishes the procedure for application for certificate of authority under the Health and Safety Code, §246.022. Providers owning or controlling more than one facility shall treat each facility as separate and distinct in form and substance and shall apply for a separate certificate of authority for each.
