SECTION/RULE §33.206 - Hearing on Application
Chapter Review Date 06/08/2021

Following review of the application by the commissioner or the commissioner's designee, a hearing shall be held in accordance with the Government Code, Chapter 2001, Administrative Procedure Act, for the commissioner to make the determinations required under Health and Safety Code, §246.022.
