The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, must have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:(1) Authority having jurisdiction (AHJ)--An organization, office, or individual responsible for enforcing the requirements of a code or standard.(2) Commissioner--The Commissioner of Insurance.(3) NFPA--The National Fire Protection Association, a nationally recognized standards making organization.
