SECTION/RULE §34.810 - Requirements, Licensees

(a) Licensees shall keep a record of all fireworks sales.(b) The change of a nonincorporated firm's ownership invalidates the current license. A change of ownership must be reported to the state fire marshal within 14 days of such change.(c) Any change of corporate officers must be reported in writing to the state fire marshal at the time of license renewal. This change does not require a revised license document.(d) A duplicate license document must be obtained from the state fire marshal to replace a lost or destroyed document. The licensee must submit written notification of the loss or destruction without delay.(e) The change of a licensee's name, business location, residence, or mailing address requires a revised license document. Licensees must submit written notification within 14 days of the change.
