SECTION/RULE §34.812 - Expiration, License, and Permit

(a) A license shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance.(b) Permits expire depending on permit type.(1) Retail permits expire on January 31 each year.(2) Public display permits expire at midnight on the date stated on the permit.(3) Agricultural, industrial, and wildlife control permits expire one year from the date of issuance.
