SECTION/RULE §34.816 - Agricultural, Industrial, and Wildlife Control Permits

(a) Applicants shall:(1) describe the type of fireworks to be used;(2) indicate the specific purpose for which fireworks are to be used; and(3) state the exact location where fireworks are to be used.(b) Duplicate permits shall not be issued.(c) Permits shall be available for inspection at the firm's business location.(d) Fireworks 1.3G for agricultural, industrial, or wildlife control purposes shall be purchased only from distributors licensed in this state.
