The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.(1) Bedroom--An area of a dwelling intended as sleeping quarters.(2) Residential dwelling--Includes a single-family home, a duplex, a triplex, an apartment, a motel or hotel, and a mobile home.(3) Security bars--Burglar bars or other bars located on the inside or outside of a door or window of a residential dwelling.
