(a) All gifts, grants and donations made to the state fire marshal must be accepted by the commissioner on behalf of the state fire marshal. No employee of the department can accept gifts, grants, or donations in their individual capacity.(b) Donated goods received by the state fire marshal become state property and will be treated as such.
