If the licensee requests a hearing, the state fire marshal will refer the matter to the Texas Department of Insurance, Enforcement Section. The state fire marshal may assert other matters and claims against the licensee at the hearing and seek any disciplinary action available under Insurance Code Chapters 82, 83, and 84, Occupations Code Chapter 2154, and this chapter, including additional penalty amounts in excess of the penalty schedule amount.
